To see and be aware of trouble is not always enough to make one avoid it. Some simply reach out to the grid, even though they know it to be electrified. Perhaps a shock is the only thrill possible. Every society has needed its trouble makers. Is it right to strive to be the right sort of troublemaker? Can a troublemaker turn a society in the right direction?
